Returns & Refunds Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if our product doesn’t meet your expectations we will give you a full refund. Our Refund policy is simple and straight forward; you have 10 days after receiving the product to claim for a return. We offer a no-question asked return policy. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our product, contact us and raise a return request over mail or phone, return the product in original condition with all provided accessories we will give you a full refund.

However we recommend you to go through the detailed product descriptions given in the product page for better understanding the product and choosing the right one for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order till the order is shipped and usually this takes 1 – 2 business days. You could check your order status with the Track Order option provided in the website. In order to cancel your order, please Contact Us through any of the contact options provided there. Once your order is cancelled full amount will be refunded within 48 hours and the same will reflect in your account within 5 working days. Amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

REFUND POLICY

You are entitled for a full refund if you are returning the product with in 10 days of delivery date. Your refund will be approved after inspection of returned product. Once approved, refund will be intiated with in 48 hours and it will be reflected in your account with in 5 working days; the amount will be refunded to orginal payment mode.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of paytm payments refund will be made to the same account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS 

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request by calling the customer care no.

Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is damaged. Damage will be confirmed by clear photos and videos of the product within 3 days from receiving the product. No replacement will be entertained if the complaint is not raised within 3 working days from receiving the product.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

  • Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product’s original packaging/freebies and accessories).
  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

New product will be dispatched upon successful receipt of the primary product.
