The Group’s first Unit established in 1982, manufactured 100% Natural Latex Mattresses. It was the first Unit of its kind in Northern India. The Company’s efforts to bring international standards of quality, comfort and style led to it building a solid reputation as a quality manufacturer of mattresses. Later in 1984, the Group established itself as a reputed manufacturer of Rubberized Coir Mattresses and in 1986 Polyurethane Foam Mattresses. With an eye on the future and nationwide markets, the group established its Units of manufacturing Rubberized Coir Mattresses, Polyurethane Foam and Natural Latex Mattresses in Palghat, Kerala (South India), declaring itself as the largest manufacturer of Mattresses in India, producing more than 2,400 mattresses per day.
